Google Certified Educator - Level 1

Today I took and passed the Google Certified Teacher Level one test and you can too!  If you are using google for education, its a no brainer!  I found the Google Educator Training Center about this time last summer and began to complete the tutorials with a goal of finishing it by the end of the 2015-2016 school year.   The training center is easy to use, easy to understand and the lessons within the units can be done in a short amount of time and spaced out over time to allow you to practice the skills as you progress!  I was able to work on my skills throughout the year, which I believe was an important step in achieving the actual certification and is helping to transform the way learning happens in my classroom!  It is so exciting to continue to use google apps for education with students and staff!   The training has given me valuable skills I can use with my classroom and science department!  I have already begun working on the level two certification lessons!  More to learn!
